Rodney Cole

Rodney lives in Mechanicsville, VA with his wife Jenny and 4 boys. Rodney
founded Rodney A Cole Insurance and Consulting Agency over 15 years ago,
and currently manages our Richmond, VA office.  Rodney initially specialized
in Life and Health Insurance products. Rodney recognized that his clients
deserved a full service agency, capable of meeting all of their insurance
needs.  To further this goal, he developed a strong relationship with Donegal
Mutual Insurance Co. through their Career Builder program.  Currently, our
product line includes Auto, Homeowners, Health, Life and Business Insurance.
 

Sean Liverman

Sean lives in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife Elizabeth and manages our
Fredericksburg Branch. Sean has 6 years of experience in insurance, having
worked in Underwriting and Account Management. Sean is a licensed
Property and Casualty agent and looks forward to helping you with all of your
insurance needs.

Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and
is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Mary
Washington.

Kati Crouch

Kati is a Business-Finance major in her 3rd year at VCU. She brings
years of customer service and bookkeeping experience to our
agency. Kati recently achieved Property and Casualty insurance
licensing. She understands our customers very well and is
dedicated to their positive experience with our agency!!
Brenda Hicks

Brenda has been with Cole Insurance for over 4 years now. She
also recently gained her Property and Casualty Licensing, and is
pivotal in keeping the agency humming. Brenda worked for the
state for over 11 years in administration functions. She then raised
children for 13 years. She currently resides outside of
Mechanicsville with her husband of 20 years and 2 children.
